The Leadership
Thomas Jacob leads Keystone Tax Consultancy LLC. He has over two decades of experience in Audit & Assurance, Tax Advisory, Business Advisory & Consulting, Accounting & MIS Reports, System & Forensic Audit, Financial Advisory, CFO Services, etc.
Thomas is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant from AICPA (USA). He is also a Certified Information System Auditor from the USA (CISA – ISACA, USA), DISA (ICAI), and Certified IFRS (ICAI).
Thomas’ expansive knowledge and experience of UAE’s rules and regulations sets him apart from his contemporaries. Add to that his immense experience across industry segments, and you have an advisory wizard who facilitates advice to his clients on financial and regulatory issues. Thomas also works as an Advisory Associate with leading corporate companies in the UAE.
Thomas is a Commerce graduate from MG University of India and did his Chartered Accountancy from ICAI of India. As mentioned above, he is also a CPA (US), CISA (US), DISA (ICAI), and Certified IFRS (ICAI). Thomas is not new to the world of entrepreneurship. He had a thriving practice in India as an Independent Chartered Accountant, M/s. Thomas Jacob and Associates, handling 50+ prominent clients from various fields such as real estate, trading, manufacturing, and service industries. Later, Thomas worked as the CFO of 4Power and as a Senior Finance Manager of Belhasa Group of Companies, and as a CFO with SYED Contracting LLC in Dubai. He started Keystone Tax Consultancy LLC in March 2022. Thomas is also a Managing Partner at BROADWAY ACCOUNTING & TAX ADVISORY.
